*** CONCEPT ***

We have developed compasses for different cities of the world, each of them as a separate application.

The idea behind this series of applications is that residents of each city around the world use a customized compass made especially for their city. The customization here is the addition of a landmark of their city as a reference point.

Islamabad Compass uses Faisal Masjid (Mosque) as reference point for residents of Islamabad.

*** HOW TO USE ***

The North-South circular dial below the arrow functions as a normal compass showing you where the North, South, East and West are.

There is a big red arrow which will always point to the landmark of the city ( in this case "Faisal Masjid") no matter where you are in the world.

In the center of the circle, it shows linear distance from your location to the landmark.

At the bottom, the app tells you your current coordinates along with landmarks coordinates. Your coordinates will keep updating while you travel.
